Refund and Return Policy You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product or from the date on which you signed the service contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by registered letter to the following address: 30 Rue Saudeur, 59300 Valenciennes, France, or by email to letempsdunemetamorphose@gmail.com within the specified period, using the form attached to these Terms and Conditions as Appendix 1. If you contact us by email, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal. You must return the Products as soon as possible, in any event within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Upon receipt of the Product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, excluding return shipping costs, which will remain your responsibility. In addition, please note that the following Products cannot be returned: goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized according to Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.
