These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the conditions under which visitors or users (collectively, “Users” or “you”) may access or use the Site and/or the Services and purchase Items.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our Site or using the Services or purchasing Items. These Terms explain who we are, how we sell Items to you, how you can cancel the contract, and what to do in case of a problem.

These Terms are provided in French. In case of any discrepancy between the French version and any translation, the French version shall prevail.

Purchase of Products

  • You are responsible for reviewing the full item listing before committing to purchase

  • Placing an order (by completing payment and clicking “Buy” or similar) may create a legally binding contract

You may select Products and add them to your cart. Prices are indicated on the Site.

We reserve the right to change prices or correct pricing errors at any time. These changes do not affect already purchased Products.

Before payment, you will see a summary including:

  • Product details

  • Total price

  • VAT

  • Shipping costs (if applicable)

You may review, modify, or remove Products before confirming the order.

Delivery times start from receipt of payment.

By clicking “Buy”, you place a binding order and accept these Terms.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This only confirms receipt, not acceptance of the order.

The contract is formed only when:

  • We send an acceptance email, or

  • We deliver the Products

We reserve the right to refuse an order unless payment has already been processed immediately (e.g., PayPal, instant transfer), in which case the contract is concluded upon order confirmation.

You may save payment methods for future use. We store payment details according to industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS). Cards can be identified by their last four digits.
